Black Tip Cove sits on the water’s edge with a spectacular cove to snorkel and explore. The house is 3 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths.. 1 king master and 2 queens with single beds in each. Both floors have balconies to enjoy sunset views. 2 one person kayaks, 30kw generator. Outside entrance bunkroom for guests over 6 people, with outside shower and bathroom, $500 wk. extra charge to accommodate 8.

We are located half way between the Settlement and Baker’s Bay and just a 30sec golf ride to our beach.
